Vielleicht waren wir auch nur "normal" ohne Markenklamotten reingegangen, der Service war sehr aufdringlich: hat uns beim Reingehen Rabattmarken förmlich in die Hand gedrückt. Beim Verlassen des Ladens wurden uns diese aus der Hand wirlich entrissen, wir wollten diese erst einmal behalten "aber das geht nicht". Wären wir nicht im Urlaub gewesen, hätte ich das Reklamationsbuch gefordert. Und da wir sowieso nicht die typische Burberry Klientel sind, "so what!..". Ergebnis: nie wieder in diesen Laden rein und nie mehr Burberry Klamotten.
I do not know why, but we were not treated well in this clothing store. Maybe we were only "normal" without brand-name, the service was very intrusive: we have to go in the form of discount stamps in the hand. When leaving the shop, they were snatched from our hands, we wanted to keep them first "but that will not work". If we had not been on vacation, I would have demanded the reclamation book. And since we are not the typical Burberry clientele anyway, "so what! ..". Result: never again in this store purely and never more Burberry clothes.
