 At Levi's never again. They tricked me with a pair of 501 trousers, they sprayed each other with the complaint, conversation is over. They have more Customers, I have more Stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reccomend NOT TO buy in this store. It seems this is an outlet for Levis to sell their defective products. I bought a pair of Levis 502 with "discount" and they started ripping apart after a few weeks of use. I contacted the brand for help but they make it so difficult to deal with l quality problems in their products that I simply quit and throw them in the garbage. A shame that Levis would not take their costumer service seriously. Will never buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked 2 times for help and the 2 woman’s didn’t show any interest to help me. They gave me a really unpleasant experience and answered me with a sarcasm tone and I decided leave the shop even when I went to this shopping mall to go specifically to Levi’s and buy a specify product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, bought yesterday jeans, at the evening found out that size didn't fit me, I tried to change jeans to smaller size the next day but the store didn't address that request breaching my consumer rights. Next request gonna be from consumer rights protection and then from court. Thanks.
