Service is slow (for a fast food chain), employees seem to be completely out of their heads. The food arrives and is already cold! Everything is dirty and tables are also a dirty mess even during this pandemic time!!! How is it possible?!
Drinks are self service and I had to call them twice because only water was coming out...
And the worst of all? Even thou you say you want a normal size menu, they will charge you a large one by default!! What the hell is this mischief?!! Get your act together, you are a fast food chain with a McDonald's like 100 meters away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food as always but they have gotten my order slightly mixed up a couple of times even though I do use the self service kiosk to order. Staff are pleasant and great the way you can refill your drink unlike back in Ireland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their kitchen is dirty. The workers inside wipe their sweat with their hands then touch the food without gloves. It is disgusting. The cashier was so arguant and agressive. The burgers took long time more than usual. I regret I went there. Shame shame to have the name Burger King on this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger King Vilamoura is the place to go if you're looking for a remarkable lunch, the place is located in a beautiful park and Is well decorated to match it's franchise theme, staff are kind and helpful, although service may take a while due to covid minimizing the amount of available registers but at the end it's all worth it.
