★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in and loved the place. Very nice and clean rooms even the small room is very good with a wonderful view. The tramway stop is in front so you can go anywhere easyly. Very afordable. Will definitely come back anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, reasonably clean and in superb location by the river. The only issue is that the rooms are very small, so can feel a bit cramped with two people. The people working there are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Breakfast is lovely, and the juice is fresh and coffee is delicious!
They really work hard to make you feel special, welcome and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo action is nice, right on the river and. 15 min walk (climb) to downtown. Enough restaurants around the hotel to stay at river level and avoid the climb. If you come by car you have to figure out where to park as there is no special parking for the hotel. Don't park on the side of the house, chances are you get a fine and/or towed.
The reception was nice. The rooms are somewhat small, the second bed looks like it is tossed in, making it hard to get into the bathroom. Rooms were warm, the higher you get the warmer the room. No aircos. Beds were not the best but OK. I took breakfast in the Cafe 20meters down the street.
Pricing for a room was high compared to what you got. I would say 40euros would have been right.
