★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is amazing. They gave us a pretty nice car( fiat 500 C - new and hybrid). They didnt even block money on card. Very professional and they made our trip to Lisabon a pleasure. I recommand!

As said by others - service is fast, cars are excellent, prices are honest and the experience has been hassle free, even got tips for my trip.
Took their time to take care of an item I forgot in the car which is rare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just gave our car back after 8 days of renting, picked it up at Lisbon Airport and brought it back at Braankamp Lisbon, it was amazing! Got a better car than we booked because it was available, new Ford Puma from 2020, 8000km, smooth as a glider. 11,50€ extra for insurance per day, no deposit therefore, paid with PayPal, which was really comfortable. No problems at return. Friendly staff, took time to explain me everything about portuguese roads. Would recommend 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a rental in advance but unable to pickup for lack of a credit card. No alternative options, such as with holding on a debit as most places do nowadays. Poor communication (can't find where this was mentioned) about this in the emails prior. Now left without a car for our trip. Disappointing. TBD whether a refund will be issued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this place to rent a car, because I saw all the great reviews. Little did I know that in order to rent a seat ibiza (which was the only one available) with full insurance in case of theft or crash, I needed to play ~600€. Unbelievable! I do not recommend this at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Rented car through the website, picked up at Braamcamp providing passport, driving license and debit/credit card. Got a very clean 8 months old Seat which gave a spectacular ride. Manual gear box, 3 car modes eco, normal and sport, full electronic with phone connection to car console. Rented it for 1 day only to have a road trip from Lisbon to west coast. Chose premium insurance to avoid francise payment. On drop off standard around the car check was done and fuel level. Highly recommended. If around again will be comi g back. Thank you!
