★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had here the worst experience ever in a car workshop. These guys charged parts/acessories to my car insurer but they didn't put them in the car. I had to go back to this workshop three times after the end of the service with problems in my car which is brand new. Choose another Caetano Retail Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find out they charge me more than other seller for the same car. And then I wanted to cancel the booking and my booking fee refund. Send them several emails but no response yet. Called them twice and the answer is “waiting for Boss answer”, been 10 days since I requested for a refund.
