★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço apos-venda de categoria profissional, fui atendido pelo Jovem Ricardo S. sendo o unico que consegui-o resolver o meu problema, acompanhou o caso como se fosse para ele próprio, explicou tudo com transparência total e muito respeito por mim. Dei-lhe um gratificação de 30€ por ter sido o único a resolver o problema que me queixava a 3 anos no meu NISSAN, Um rapaz com um futuro enorme.

Professional after-sales service, I was attended by Young Ricardo S. being the only one who managed to solve my problem, he followed the case as if it were for himself, he explained everything with total transparency and a lot of respect for me. I gave him a bonus of 30€ for being the only one to solve the problem I was complaining about 3 years ago in my NISSAN, A boy with a huge future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. First when they sold me the car someone lost one of the keys. It took 2 months of complaints and threats until they issued a second key. My car is now due an annual service. You would think it's a matter of just calling to book an appointment. It actually is if there is someone to answer the phone. I've been trying for a week. Calling every hour to listen to the same message " This line doesn't make outgoing calls and it's unavailable at the moment. Please try again later". No option to leave a message. Complainant to Nissan about it a week ago and received a confirmation email asking me for a contact number. Still waiting for a phone call. I can't even think what it would be of I had a problem with the car if it's so hard to book a routine service. Today I decided to drive up to the office and book straight on the reception but no, not possible. I was given the same number that noone answers ever. The receptionist was very nice and emailed them for me. Hopefully someone will call me back on Monday but I don't have very high hopes. It's a shame as I love the car...
