★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schedules to pick up your bike after service are ridiculous (closes WAY too early), parking is terrible, access is terrible because of extreme traffic jams in the late afternoon.
Staff is helpful but i got the feeling they do it just 'because they have to'. Definitely not to the apparent standard of BMW.
On a more personal level, i purchased a new bike there and didn't even get a keychain - Come on, this is ridiculous.

The oil level checking procedure is a bit complicated so I went to this place, without an appointment.
Not only did they check the oil and tyre pressures, they put a litre of oil in. At no charge.
What a brilliant service. Thank you!
