★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiferença! Entrei na area de vendas para provável aquisição de moto. Dos 2 funcionários existentes, nem um "Boa tarde" obtive. Dei umas voltas a uma moto e nunca perguntaram se precisava de ajuda. Como tal sai e apenas nessa altura veio um 3º funcionário a perguntar se precisava de ajuda. Da minha parte é menos 1 cliente e menos um local recomendado.
 Indifference! I entered the sales area for probable purchase of a motorcycle. Of the 2 existing employees, not even one "Good afternoon" I got. I took a ride on a bike and they never asked if I needed help. As such, I left and just then a 3rd employee came to ask if I needed help. For my part, it's 1 less customer and 1 less recommended location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabem ouvir os clientes, são realistas em termos de estimativas, gente muito simpática, especialmente o Sr. Bruno que me atendeu e deu apoio à minha mota, que é um modelo mais velhinho ligando logo se alguma coisa inesperada aconteceu, 5 estrelas, voltarei.
They know how to listen to customers, they are realistic in terms of estimates, very nice people, especially Mr. Bruno who helped me and supported my bike, which is an older model, calling right away if anything unexpected happened, 5 stars, I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to buy a BMW bike, you absolutely have to do it here. Excellent attention to the customer, a large variety of bikes on display as well as accessories.
You may also do your bike service here.
Talk to João, he is he right person to help you with your BMW purchase, you won't regret it trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this BMW dealer the other day on my iconic R800 1977 with Steib s500 1960sidecar.this bike is well known at the Goodwood Revival week etc. On entering this establishment I was totally ignored for some time while three salesmen tried to look busy at their desks, finally someone weakly responded but could speak no English.Had I been planning to purchase a motorcycle I certainly would have changed to another make due to appalling response.I had visited thinking to book a service etc .As I have recently moved to Lisbon I imagined this would become my natural parts and service center.I would hope that these people contact me with some explanation!!! I did receive a response which was to say they carry no parts and therefore could do nothing,I had asked if they would do an oil change/filter etc.truly pathetic.A full account has gone to Head office in Germany.Also MCN have shown interest in publishing my experience.
