Quero fechar a minha conta onde cobraram 3 vezes 2eur sobre manutencao de conta (que nao existe a nivel pratico). Da primeira vez atendem me nos balcoes personalizados. Hoje depois de 20minutos espera dizem que vai ser encerrada pela colega do balcão central. Desorganização e falta de eficácia. Não recomendo.
Quite unpleasant experience. For the 2nd time in a row I'm waiting 1h. I want to close my account where they charged 3 times 2eur on account maintenance (which does not exist at a practical level). The first time they meet me at the personalized counters. Today after 20 minutes wait they say it will be closed by the counter from the central counter. Clutter and lack of effectiveness. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local bank branch with accessibility amenities that include a wheelchair ramp but not so easy to open doors, but lack a parking place for disabled people nearby. Good lighting inside and some clerks are always willing to help you. Parking can be difficult at any hours.
