Na hora de trocar um deles nao tinham outros tamanhos mas também não devolviam o dinheiro e o atendimento foi péssimo. Estabelecimentos que tem um nível de serviço na venda e outro no pós venda não estão preocupados fidelizar clientes. Portanto, eu lá não volto. Establishments that have a level of service in the sale and another in the post-sale are not concerned with retaining customers. So I’m not going back there.
E	Edlene Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não trocaram um calçado que comprei. Comprei no sábado e fui trocar na segunda, pois o calçado magoou (ferida) no meu pé. Experimentei em casa e magoou. Fui mal atendida, disseram me que estava com desgaste que não iria trocar. Quem me garante que já não o comprei assim? Não olhei a parte inferior do calçado. Então se experimentar na loja é desgaste tbm!!! Quantas pessoas vão experimentar na loja e não leva/compra?! Ridículo, não volto mais e não indico a ninguém! They didn't change a shoe I bought. I bought it on Saturday and changed it on Monday, because the shoes hurt (wound) my foot. I tried it at home and it hurt. I was poorly attended, they told me I was wearing that I would not change. Who can guarantee that I haven't bought it like this? I didn't look at the bottom of the shoe. So if you try it in the store, it's wear too !!! How many people will try in the store and not take / buy ?! Ridiculous, I'm not coming back and I'm not recommending anyone!
