Dirigime à calzedonia do colombo para trocar umas leggings que comprei no forum Montijo e além de receber um atendimento extremamente antipático a vendedora desmentiu tudo o que lhe disse ( que tinha defeito de fabrico ) e não as trocou fui ao Montijo e trocaram sem problema nenhum defeito de fabrico na pessoa .
I went to the calzedonia of the colombo to exchange some leggings that I bought in the Montijo forum and besides receiving an extremely unfriendly service the seller denied everything I told her (that had a manufacturing defect) and didn't change them I went to Montijo and they exchanged without any problems in-person.

Atendimento excepcional na loja do Colombo. Staff muito atencioso. Provadores muito limpos.

Não volto a esta loja. As vendedoras foram muito erradas comigo. É suposto organizarem-se e não haver 3 pessoas a atender um mesmo cliente! Cheguei para procurar umas meias térmicas. Uma das senhoras veio ter comigo e ajudou-me a escolher o tamanho. Fiquei a ver mais um pouco. De seguida chegou outra senhora a dizer que se precisasse de ajuda para lhe dizer, a quem respondi: "obrigada, mas já fui atendida". Quis ir a outro expositor procurar outro tipo de meias e uma 3ª senhora veio falar comigo a perguntar se precisava de ajuda, a quem disse a verdade, que era a 3ª vendedora a vir ter comigo. Se fui rude, desculpe, mas era a verdade! Não vi o meu número e decidi ir falar com a última vendedora, quem me disse que estava ocupada naquele momento. Fui ter à caixa pois as restantes 4 estavam todas lá e pedi o número. Não pensei levar com o comentário "ai agora já precisa de ajuda?" da 2ª vendedora. Muito, muito má educação! E como queriam que eu soubesse quais das meninas estaria disponível nessa altura?
I'm not going back to this store. The salespeople were very wrong with me. It is supposed to get organized and not have 3 people to serve the same customer! I arrived to look for some thermal socks. One of the ladies came to me and helped me choose the size. I stayed to see a little more. Then another lady came to say that if I needed help to tell her, to whom I replied: "Thank you, but I have already been attended to". I wanted to go to another exhibitor to look for another type of socks and a 3rd lady came to see me asking if she needed help, who told the truth, that she was the 3rd saleswoman to come to me. If I was rude, sorry, but it was the truth! I didn't see my number and decided to go and talk to the last saleswoman, who told me she was busy at the time. I went to the cashier because the remaining 4 were all there and asked for the number. I didn't think to take it with the comment "do you need help now?" of the 2nd seller. Very, very bad manners! And how did they want me to know which of the girls would be available at that time?

Tienen una gran variedad de prendas, sin embargo las vendedoras hacen mucha presión para que compres distintas cosas y salgas del probador lo más rápido posible, así como abren las cortinas sin siquiera pedir permiso. La atención al cliente definitivamente es un punto a mejorar.
They have a wide variety of garments, however the vendors put a lot of pressure to buy different things and get out of the changing room as quickly as possible, just as they open the curtains without even asking for permission. Customer service is definitely a point to improve.

Awful organization A store full of salesgirls harassing you to buy anything, whatever. Then, when you go to the checker, there is only one cash register working, a long line. When it was my turn, the girl was extremely rude and I decided to ask why just one cash register working. She replied she was the only one in the store with 'clearance'. Someone on the back of the counter heard me and called another girl from the staff to open the second cash register. It seems she wasn't the only one with 'clearance' after all. Why make customers suffer??? Lame.
