JĂĄ tentei ligar vĂĄrias vezes mas sem sucesso, jĂĄ enviei dois emails a solicitar ponto de situação mas nĂŁo se dignam a responder, alĂ©m de que fecharam as lojas todas em Portugal. SĂł espero que as roupas quando chegarem ainda sirvam Ă s minhas filhas. InqualificĂĄvel o serviço, claramente uma marca/loja a esquecer.
I made a purchase at TucTuc on 18Mar'21 and to this day the state is "Preparation in process". I have tried to call several times but to no avail, I have already sent two emails requesting a state of the art but they do not deign to answer, in addition to the fact that they have closed all stores in Portugal. I just hope that the clothes when they arrive still serve my daughters. Unqualified service, clearly a brand / store to forget.
