It is rare to 5 stars, but this store deserves. I'm a fan of Tezenis and this is one of the best stores in Lisbon. Just for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is worth a visit. Impossible to leave empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um artigo nesta loja e comprei um saco de embrulho de Natal, que fecha em baixo. O saco é defeituoso ou foi mal fechado pela funcionária. Abriu-se e o meu artigo caiu e perdeu-se. Voltei à loja para explicar o sucedido e dizem que não têm qualquer tipo de responsabilidade após a saída dos produtos da loja, o que está errado, porque se a loja vendeu um saco que se abre, sem qualidade, nem segurança, tem responsabilidade, sim. O saco devia proteger os meus artigos e não aconteceu. Comprei 2 artigos, que desapareceram por culpa da loja. Não recomendo ninguém a adquirir produtos nessa loja e muito menos usar os sacos de Natal. Não voltarei a adquirir mais nenhum produto nessa loja, nem recomendarei.
I bought an item at this store and I bought a Christmas wrapping bag, which closes at the bottom. The bag is defective or has been missealed by the employee. It opened and my article fell and got lost. I went back to the store to explain what happened and they say they have no responsibility after the products leave the store, which is wrong, because if the store sold a bag that opens, without quality or safety, it does have responsibility, yes . The bag was supposed to protect my items and it didn't. I bought 2 items, which disappeared because of the store. I don't recommend anyone to buy products from this store, let alone use the Christmas bags. I will not purchase any more products from this store, nor will I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this shop 3 times already and the service is just always awful. I'm always trying my best to be nice, but the women there are really unfriendly. I know it's not easy for everyone to speak English and I don't expect fluency or whatever. But I expect friendly service when I come there and I never experienced one of these ladies even trying to be helpful as soon as they hear me speaking English. I will avoid this shop from now on, guess 3 chances are enough.
