 The lady at the store was very sweet, she had purple hair, I was very anxious about not being able to pay properly and she helped me by always being very sweet and polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é minúscula, pensei que fosse maior, fiquei decepcionada. Também fiquei desconfortável com as trabalhadoras que me encaravam sempre que eu pegava numa peça de roupa mais justinha. Pouca opção de escolha neste local em específico.
The store is tiny, I thought it was bigger, I was disappointed. I was also uncomfortable with the workers who stared at me whenever I picked up a tighter piece of clothing. Little choice in this particular location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupa gira para miúdas adolescentes com preços acima da média é péssimo atendimento numa loja com musica sempre alta e funcionárias que não só ignoram completamente os clientes porque estão a conversar como também ,quando abordadas, criticam os próprios preços praticados na loja afirmando que são valores muito elevados para peças tão básicas.
Desta forma as minhas filhas não chegarão a ver a colecção do próximo verão.
Clothing for teenage girls with above average prices is poor service in a store with always loud music and employees who not only completely ignore customers because they are talking but also, when approached, criticize the prices practiced in the store stating that they are very values for such basic parts.
This way my daughters will not get to see the collection next summer.

Collections of basic pieces, but that fit really well! Brandy's new store looks fantastic and has more variety to choose from. The service today (15/10/2021) was 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verrryyy bad customer service. One of the girls that works there is very rude and talks about customers right in front of them.
I loved shopping at Brandy Melville, but after this experience I will not be returning to this store in particular. The girl working was talking about me while I was shopping with my boyfriend. She turned to her coworker and said "I bet you 15€ that she isn't going to buy anything", this was said, whilleee I had things in my arms to purchase. But after overhearing her remarks, I dropped everything and left. Even while leaving she said "good afternoon" in a very snarky tone. I am very disapointed and do NOT recommend shopping at this Brandy Melville.
