It has happened all too often that either our supply has been cut, or where the water turns brown! My wife rang the Câmara and spoke to the relevant departmental representative, who with a raised voice indicated that a pipe burst was responsible and was unable to offer a time for repair. I understand that these things cannot be avoided, but civility costs nothing. I am surprised that you have not provided a page for burst pipes under repair on your website , the cost of which would be negligable. All that is needed is the road name, post code and approximate time for repair. All your representative would need to do is to add a record, and delete it when the job is done rather than raise the temperature! Ray True
