★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas últimas quatro ou cinco vezes que contactei a CMC para saber coisas sobre sobre terenos agrícolas, classificação, etc, e sobre o novo fundo ambiental, tive a resposta às minhas questões muito bem respondidas, com muita qualidade técnica, simpatia e diligência. Fiquei até surpreendido. Pensei que ninguém saberia nada e que andariam para ali a empatar, e a responder sem vontade, e foi precisamente o contrário.
Nota-se um ambiente bastante mais dinâmico desde há uns tempos.
Anda por lá gente muito nova, licenciados, etc, uns do quadro outros estagiários, e os velhos que ainda por lá estão têm de se adaptar. O próprio Presidente da Câmara é jovem e não tem nada a ver com os anteriores.
Seria bom que esta qualidade se expandisse para fora do edifício da Câmara.

In the last four or five times that I contacted CMC to know things about agricultural land, classification, etc., and about the new environmental fund, I had the answer to my questions very well answered, with a lot of technical quality, friendliness and diligence. I was even surprised. I thought that nobody would know anything and that they would go there to tie, and to respond without will, and it was precisely the opposite.
There has been a much more dynamic environment for some time.
There are very young people, graduates, etc., some of the staff, other interns, and the old ones who are still there have to adapt. The Mayor himself is young and has nothing to do with the previous ones.
It would be good for this quality to expand outside the City Hall building.
