Temos de voltar outra vez aos serviços para tratar de assuntos que se ficassem tudo feito de forma correra não implicava mais perda de tempo e mais custos extras.
Terrible service. All matters that are dealt with here when documents arrive at other services are always incomplete. We have to go back to the services again to deal with matters that, if everything was done correctly, would not imply more wasted time and more extra costs.

Wenn jemand vor einem dran ist muss man natürlich mit einer gewissen Wartezeit rechnen, da es rechts kleine Räumlichkeiten sind und nur einer nach dem anderen bedient werden kann.
We often have to pick up or apply for something here and have always been treated in a friendly manner by the employees. If someone is in front of you, you have to expect a certain waiting time, of course, as there are small rooms on the right and only one after the other can be served.
