Was having problems with my leisure battery and asked the advice of Camping Technik. They quickly sussed that the battery was dead and within one and a half hours I had a new one fitted with new and safer wiring as well. I cant speak highly enough of these guys and would certainly recommend them to anyone having MH problems.

Purchased the awning tie downs that they make here which are far better than fiamma ones. Fiamma are 26 euros theirs are 44 euros but well worth the extra. The young lad was extremely helpful with some other advice.

Truly the worst service I have ever experienced. A very rude man who wasted days of our time, he was due to call when part arrived, it was 6 weeks late, i called to check it was in and he shouted at me for calling when he said he would call me. Told me not to call again but be back in the algarve on this date. We were in north Portugal and drove down especially. Sure enough the part was not in. He did inferior work, i had to personally remove a seat and replace missing screws, he had reassembled the seat after a solar install and left the seat belts underneath the wooden frame. He was verbally rude to both my wife and I, our daughter was 1 at the time and we needed a nappy from the motorhome. This was during lunch hour and nobody was working on it. He saw my wife in there and again felt he had the right to shout at us and threaten us with not finishing the work. Interesting to speak With others on the campsite, he has a terrible reputation for being rude, aggressive and doing poor work, he has made customers cry, and had husband's chasing him round the campsite trying to punch him out. He is a joke on the campsite like a teutonic basil Fawlty. He is extremely unliked in the area. Truly my worst experience ever from a service provider. We spent thousands with him and I really begrudge that. There was someone else there who had aircon fitted, in the roof of his caravan, he cut the hole in the roof too big! You could literally see the sun shining through...I have never in my life left such a scathing review- however he completely deserves this. Not a nice man.

Fully nuts! They wanted to exchange a gas heating system which just needed cleaning and some parts. I came there for repair. They have no workshop. Repair happens outside. He told me that my heater was not original and best was to replace it. I left. Later in Greece a camper service company did the maintenance and mounted windcatchers underneath plus exchanged the 'grid frame' outside. It has been functioning well ever since.

Very professional service and very competent. We pulled in to their place at 4 pm with a defective new Truma heater / boiler. They immediately took a look at it and got it working for that night. The next morning promptly at opening time of 10 am, they were there with a new combustion air blower and changed it under warranty in around 1 hour and took care of all the warranty formalities. Tell them the problem and then give them space to get on with the job. Thanks to Ingo and James.
