★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars rating, if possible. Have been waiting for 3 months to have my Range Rover VELAR's car keys replaced, and through an indescribable, incomprehensible level of incompetence by all CARCLASSE representatives, there continues to be no end in sight.
Shame on LAND ROVER for handing the concession to these people. This is a luxury brand, not some street fair merchant operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Mercedes Service i have ever seen. Some body broke my car in the parking in day 25 at Christmas day i left the car in Carclasse for repair and to make a insurance claim but the staffs in maintenance desk and administrative who is responsible to make it they don’t have any idea not even how to take a complain. They give me two appointments to take the another car in replacement but still they cannot replace the glass of car nor they provide me another car from insurance.The process is 0% what a horrible experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire purchase journey was very smooth thanks to Sílvio, who was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. As a foreigner, I was not familiar with the process regarding policies and payment. Silvio was professional and he carefully prepared all the information I needed for buying the car. He knew the car very well and did a thorough introduction so that I was confident enough to order the car quickly. On the delivery day, he prepared all the documents I needed, patiently answered all my questions and concerns and informed me what to expect after the delivery. From my first visit to the delivery, it only took 6 days. Thank you Carclasse and Sílvio for the great experience!

They will keep you posted on every step of the way and allow you to check on your vehicle whenever.
NOTE THAT:
The repair price might me a little over the market average.
It's all about the balance between i) service quality, and ii) parts/work-hours cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a high end client avoid this place. They are not used to selling to high end clients. They have just one. He leaves his used cars with them which they then sell very overpriced. They sell a Mercedes benz 2021 amg S class for 184 thousand dollars. you can get a 2022 in NYC for 130 thousand dollars.
This place is simply a money grab. Even the older lower end models they sell are overpriced. Avoid this place at all cost.
