With a meeting scheduled withvdays in advance, by the time we arrived 'there was nothing scheduled" said the clerk, after 25 minutes wsiting, finally she found the record of the appointment (?!) But in the mean time she left other ppl to take our turn. More than 40 minutes waiting she never presented an apology nor gave us any update... we left!
