I bought some glasses with progressive zeiss photo gray lenses and they are peeling like a film coming off they were very expensive at the moment I can't buy new ones I've complained yet without having an answer

Esta semana optei por lentes da Zaiss, e estou insatisfeito com estas lentes, sou obrigado a olhar sempre em frente sem ter a ipótese de rodar os olhos tanto para a esquerda como para a direita que desfoca a visão. Ou seja, virei robô. Despendi quase um salário mínimo para fraca qualidade de lentes. Reclamei com a loja para me dizer que e normal. Normal??? Minhas ricas lentes de uma marca conceituada e que não faz tanta publicidade...
I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and progressively for 15 years. This week I opted for Zaiss lenses, and I'm dissatisfied with these lenses, I'm forced to always look straight ahead without having the chance to roll my eyes either left or right, which blurs my vision. In other words, I became a robot. I spent almost minimum wage for poor quality lenses. I complained to the store to tell me it's normal. Normal??? My rich lenses from a reputable brand that doesn't do much publicity...
