★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É com imensa pena minha que deixo uma má review nesta loja. Mas depois de várias tentativas de obter uma resposta de como os meus negativos ficaram todos riscados constatei que o colaborador não assumiu que o erro tinha sido da loja.
Estamos a falar de 7 rolos de 4 maquinas diferentes pelo que o problema não foi claramente meu. Inicialmente aceitei a justificação que me deram sobre um rolo de Cinestill 800T pela maneira de como o mesmo era fabricado mas depois os riscos continuaram a aparecer em vários rolos.
Até cheguei a pensar que tinha sido eu a riscar os meus próprios negativos tendo em conta que só os vi em casa quando os digitalizei no meu scanner.
Hoje obtive a prova de que claramente a culpa não foi minha dos rolos estarem riscados porque vi os negativos na loja á frente deles e encontravam-se com o mesmo padrão de riscos dos negativos antigos.
Não houve qualquer tipo de responsabilização do colaborador que ainda me sugeriu que se eu não gostava da maneira como os negativos estavam podia parar de revelar c-41 na loja.
O que mais me chateia não é só o dinheiro mas sim a falta de responsabilidade dos colaboradores dizendo que só apareceram riscos nos meus negativos e que mais ninguém se queixou quando as provas estavam mesmo á frente deles (os negativos que tinha acabado de ir buscar á loja).
Sempre foram simpáticos comigo mas o que fizeram não é trabalho que se apresente.
It is with great regret that I leave a bad review on this store. But after several attempts to get an answer as to how my negatives were all crossed out, I found that the employee did not assume that the mistake had been the store.
We are talking about 7 rolls from 4 different machines so the problem was clearly not mine. Initially I accepted the explanation given to me about a roll of Cinestill 800T because of the way it was manufactured, but then the scratches continued to appear on several rolls.
I even thought that I was the one who crossed out my own negatives considering that I only saw them at home when I scanned them on my scanner.
Today I got proof that it was clearly not my fault that the rolls were scratched because I saw the negatives in the store in front of them and they had the same scratch pattern as the old negatives.
There was no accountability from the developer who even suggested to me that if I didn't like the way the negatives were, I could stop developing c-41 in the store.
What bothers me the most is not just the money but the lack of responsibility of the employees saying that only risks appeared in my negatives and that no one else complained when the tests were right in front of them (the negatives I had just picked up from store).
They've always been nice to me, but what they've done is not work that presents itself.

They were very attentive and super fast replying to every single request/question I had from the beginning from Instagram DM's to email correspondence and with a super quick turnaround which was difficult since I mailed them the film rolls instead of delivering face-to-face. A big thank you to all the team and you have a new loyal customer! Thank you!
