★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As is the tradition in all larger FNAC stores, you select the items you have chosen, and then you are told that the desks with a big "Caisse" sign above them actually aren't Caisse desks at all, and you are then directed to a long snake format queue instead.
We abandoned our prospective purchases of €200 and left instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today in the evening. Was looking to buy a tablet. Got help from two guys in the store in English, although I speak Brazilian Portuguese. Suddenly they start talking trash about me while I was looking at the tablet, thinking that I couldn’t understand them. So I obviously decided not to buy anything in there.
Also he couldn’t answer they most basic questions about the product before the trash talking.
Worst service ever.

when i came home it turned out that it has very poor quality and i wanted to return it.
came back, they told me its not possible to return such objects, not in 30 days, not even in 15 days. Unless it was seriously something wrong with it.
when some time later i came back again to complain about quality, and try to return product one more time. they said i should have come 30 days after purchase!
I will never buy anything in this company again. not even concert tickets.
Shame on you, managers, you make Portugal as a country look back with such awful service

No trained, unpolite and arrogant.
Made an order on the net, the website offer to take the delivery in the very next hour to their store. Order placed at 14.25, 1 table game, 1 membership subscription
20h00 order not ready..... I asked if the table game was available in the store . "Yes, but you have to wait your order is ready...." Ok so just cancel the order and i m buying the table game in the store.... "No you have to cancel with customer service" ... Ok can i at least get my member cards so i Can use and take the Cashback for the purchases i m doing now..."your card needs to be activated in the next 24 hours.. (paid on the net, wt...f ?)
Ok so i decide to make a membership subscription in the store to be able to get the Cashback because they cannot cancel the one I did in the net
The lady then asks me an IBAN ...? After several minutes of discussion of how ridiculous this situation is, she is proposing to cancel the card i did on the net the same day....
Her colleague at the cash desk A. Garcia had been so rude
Unprofessional, they are so into following procedures that just provide a really bad experience to customers
I won't talk about their customer service on the phone, it s even worse. They don't care they just need to treat the case in 2 min
