★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To get a SIM - in essence, to become a new customer of theirs - took about 50 minutes, and not because I had many questions (I already knew exactly what I wanted), but because they simply do not have enough staff to handle their customers quickly. Also, in such a central location, it would be nice if they put people who speak English well - it's the most likely store any foreigner wanting to become their customer will visit.

PS : when you sell a product for specific price, try at least to provide the service.
