★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't sure about the reviews before i visited this shop at first. But after been there, I can totally confirm: If you are not able to speak portuguese, they try to rip you off. The guy there told me my amout left on the account than magically changed the account as i was to top it up. I am 100% sure he just kept the difference for himself. You are quite alone as an english speaking person. It's not the company - the NOS shop in Saldanha is way better - the employees there are just jerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the guy for internet packages for mobile phones and he just tried to sell me something for 40€. After telling him what I read online about other cheaper packages he said that they don't exist. 1 hour later I got one of these cheaper packages he claimed they don't exist ("sim, é chato" he said). Totally incompetent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE company with CORRUPT staff!!! Attendant was completely unhelpful, saying I had to pay 20 euros more because I had used too much data. I asked for the manager because I had paid for a 30 euros plan and had Only had the account 10 days. Using too much data was impossible because I DONT have a smart phone and don't use data!!! So I asked for the manager, BRUNO LÚCIO said he IS the manager and he wouldn't help us at all!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fairly straight forward and easy experience at the NOS shop. I am now at home trying to set up the phone which will not allow me to do so without a code that should be sent to my mobile. The only problem is that I only had an international number, so we did not include it in the set up. I have tried to contact NOS but there is no email option (only by telephone) to contact so will have to go back to the shop for help. A bit problematic as I really needed the phone to use today! On balance, the WiFi internet setup was a breeze - only took about 5m!
