★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Lisbon just for some days as a tourist, so without knowing the Portuguese language. Richardo (I don't remember if it was a right name of him) speaks very good English and has a good pride for his profession as he is very skilled and well-trained over decades. I initially wanted to simply tidy up my back hair but he gave a lot of efforts to make me a very clean and beautiful hair cut. It really made my holidays full of joy :) Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have completely messed up my hair. I have long, thick hair that needs to be shortened with scissors, however the staff was using a razor only to cut layers. I already thought this is weird, but when I got home I've noticed that it looks like someone just blindly took scissors to cut straight layers all over my head.
When I got back to complain and ask for my money back, they dealt with the issue unprofessionally, stating a refund was not possible.
I will never go there again -and you should not either!!!
I could have done it better myself, saving the money!!!
