★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Came back 2 more times to buy some tea as souvenirs. They also have a lot special tea blends, I will visit it again when I have the opportunity, for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is nice and willing to help. The choice seems wide, but unfortunately, the quality of their tea is just average. Most of them are tasteless but are still expensive.
As a great tea fan, I was hoping to discover a great wonder here, but at the end it is only dissatisfaction...
Advice to the owner: your staff seems motivated to serve the best and you have a good location, maybe change the tea supplier...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tea shop in Lisbon. Their tea selection is really impressive and the staff are amazing. Specifically Sandra Ramos - she was very energetic, friendly and knowledgable! I would highly recommend the store and will definitely return if in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable.... The staff today at 10:00 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No thank you, no please... The only sencha they have is from China and from what I could smell through the mask (which wasn’t allowed to take of) it was very bad quality too. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a question, however, I ended up leaving with a complete travel friendly tea-set and lots of interesting info about teas. There are so many good options, I wanted to buy them all. Ended up getting a white tea, and it's delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea is amazing, that is true...but...the prices are ridiculous expensive. Almost 20 euros for 100g of tea...its absurd. Im a huge tea lover and i have tasted many many many amazing tea labels, but i never pay so much for a tea like this one.
Sorry, but the price is a no for me.
