Hochmut ist, wenn ein Mensch sich eine Vollkommenheit beimißt, die bei ihm nicht zu finden ist.
Wenn so auch mit Kunden umgegangen wird - Prost-Mahlzeit! Traurig das die Herren trotz der vielen Debatten im Internet nichts dazugelernt haben.
