I asked them to do a small job but they accepted it, with a longer term to do it but I accepted it. It was more than three times the expected time and they didn't do it and I didn't even receive an apology.

Nem sequer me foi perguntado para quando pretendia a execução do trabalho, a resposta obtida foi um não. A resposta teria sido certamente outra, se os tivesse contactado para uma remodelação completa. Inadmissível existirem empresas assim no nosso mercado.
I called this carpentry shop and explained that I wanted to make some changes to my current kitchen. I was not even asked when I intended to carry out the work, the answer was no. The answer would certainly have been different if you had contacted them for a complete refurbishment. It is unacceptable for such companies to exist in our market.
