Fui três vezes ao vosso stand para ver o novo golf, que saiu em Março 2017, tenho o golf vi, de 2009 e estava interessado em entregar o meu, e comprar o novo. Levei o meu carro ( golf vi), e fui recebido pelo sr. Edgar. Em conversa disse-lhe que queria comprar o novo golf, mas estava interessado em deixar o meu carro como retoma, e como tal gostava de saber qual o valor que a vw dava por ele. O sr. Edgar viu o carro, tirou fotos e ficou de me telefonar, mas nada. Uma semana depois, fui de novo ao ao vosso stand, saber porque não me ligaram, e perguntei ao sr. se ele se tinha esquecido, e voltei a referir que estava interessado no novo golf que estava para sair nessa semana. Respondeu que não estava esquecido, mas sim com muito trabalho, mas que depois me contactava. Passou mais três dias e nada. Um dia antes do novo golf chegar, voltei a passar pelo stand e fui recebido por um outro senhor, o responsável pelo stand, ao qual comentei que estava interessado no novo carro, e tinha sido recebido pelo sr. Edgar, nas primeiras vezes que lá tinha ido. Nessa altura, então o responsavel disse que o sr. Edgar estava em formação, mas assim que acabasse me ligava, o próprio sr. Edgar me viu a falar com o responsável, e deu-me sinal, acenando-me com a mão, do gabinete onde estava em formação. Passou esse dia, e os próximos, e até hoje não me disseram nada. Visto não ter havido qualquer interesse na venda do novo carro optei por procurar outro stand e outra marca. afinal depois de tudo isto, recordo que eu era cliente vw, e já lhes tinha comprado neste mesmo stand um vw Pollo 1.0, e um vw Golf 1.4 tsi, este último em 2009.

The day before the new golf arrived, I went back to the stand and was greeted by another man, the person in charge of the stand, to whom I commented that I was interested in the new car, and had been received by Mr. Edgar, the first times he went there. At that time, then the person in charge said that mr. Edgar was in training, but as soon as he finished, he called me. Edgar saw me talking to the person in charge, and he gave me a signal, waving my hand, from the office where I was in training. That day passed, and the next ones, and to this day they haven't told me anything. Since there was no interest in selling the new car, I opted to look for another stand and another brand. after all, after all this, i remember that i was a vw customer, and i had already bought them a vw Pollo 1.0, and a vw Golf 1.4 tsi, the latter in 2009.

O serviço é excelente, o pessoal muito atencioso. Mas deve pedir marcação de revisão ou mudança de óleo, pelo menos, com três (3) semanas de antecedência. O pessoal trabalha sem descanso, sob pressão. Não falta quem necessite de trabalhar. Sofrem os clientes e os empregados. A gerência deveria admitir mais pessoal..
The service is great, the staff very attentive. But you should ask for a check mark or oil change at least three (3) weeks in advance. The staff works without rest, under pressure. There is no shortage of those who need to work. They suffer from customers and employees. Management should admit more staff ..
