Ainda às 17:30 fui convidado a voltar no dia seguinte porque como havia duas pessoas a ser atendidas, provavelmente já terminariam depois das 18:00.... Mais vale alterarem o horário de atendimento. Assim não enganam ninguém. No comments. I came on purpose because it closed at 6 pm. Still at 17:30 I was invited back the next day because as there were two people being met, they would probably be done after 18:00 .... Better to change the opening hours. So they do not fool anyone.

Cuidado a quem aqui vai, pois podem estar a ser enganados e quando se aperceberem já é tarde. Horrible. Poorly educated and LIARS. I do not recommend. I wouldn't even pay them back here. J'ai payé une prestation à cet office notarié et je m'aperçois que les services administratifs me réclame des documents que madame Ribeiro aurait du régulariser , puisque payé pour. Lorsque j'appelle l'office notarié , personne ne parle ni anglais ni français , mme Ribeiro ne répond pas au mail que je lui ai adressé , donc injoignable par téléphone et toujours en télétravail ! Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up. I paid a service to this notarial office and I realize that the administrative services are asking me for documents that Mrs. Ribeiro should have regularized, since paid for. When I call the notarial office, no one speaks either English or French, even Ribeiro does not answer the email I sent her, so I cannot be reached by phone and always telecommutes!

Para além da rapidez e profissionalismo, demonstrou-se sempre pronta a ajudar e com uma humanidade nem sempre expectável de encontrar na resolução deste tipo de assuntos burocráticos. O staff é igualmente muito simpático e atencioso. Dr. Melania was excellent in solving some issues that I had pending. In addition to speed and professionalism, she was always ready to help and with a humanity not always expected to find in the resolution of this type of bureaucratic issues. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

La notaire a commencé par accepter le travail (constituer une entreprise) puis nous n'avons plus jamais eu de réponse. Aucun des collaborateurs ne peut aider ni prendre un message. Bref je vous déconseille fortement si vous avez moins d'un an ou deux devant vous! Waiting for a response from them for almost 3 months. The notary began by accepting the job (setting up a business) then we never received a response. None of the collaborators can help or take a message. In short, I strongly advise against you if you have less than a year or two in front of you!

Since they are not preparing a power of attorney in English, they advised us this place but unfortunately we could not find someone who can speak English there. My personnel opinion is that they are unfriendly, and racist. Especially lady who is seating in the left, close to the door. Bad, very bad....
