★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there as we rented a flat and hat to change names in contracts for water (EPAL) and gas+electricity (ENDESA). There are no that companies in other lojas, for sure there are no in Marvila.
At both companies we were lucky to meet people who speak very good English. And they answered all our questions. Even if you won't be so lucky, use the google translator, it always helps us in such places.
There is a toilet, buy the way, as in all lojas.

Complete disregard for citizens and residents who want to contribute to Portugal. It’s easier to get a K1 visa to the USA than get a NIF
