★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projetada em 1962 pelo arquitecto José Carlos Loureiro, a Casa-Atelier de Júlio Resende foi classificada como Monumento de Interesse Público em Junho de 2011 e é um exemplar notável da arquitectura moderna portuguesa.
O Arquiteto e amigo Carlos Loureiro planeou-a com a maior liberdade tendo tido como única condição o tamanho do atelier, que Resende definiu.
Foi o local de vida e trabalho do pintor entre os anos 1962 a 2011.
Neste atelier passou Resende a maior parte da vida pintando, meditando escrevendo num ininterrupto diálogo com a realidade e o seu mundo interior. Um espaço de grande simplicidade, que se tornou o seu espaço de trabalho.
Depois de uma remodelação, o atelier recuperou o caos usual e os objetos que Resende colecionou ocupam de novo o seu sítio habitual.
 Designed in 1962 by the architect José Carlos Loureiro, the Casa-Atelier by Júlio Resende was classified as a Monument of Public Interest in June 2011 and is a remarkable example of modern Portuguese architecture.
The architect and friend Carlos Loureiro planned it with the greatest freedom, having as sole condition the size of the studio, which Resende defined.
It was the place of life and work of the painter between the years 1962 to 2011.
In this workshop, Resende spent most of his life painting, meditating, writing in an uninterrupted dialogue with reality and his inner world. A space of great simplicity, which has become your workspace.
After a remodeling, the studio recovered the usual chaos and the objects that Resende collected occupy their usual place again.
