★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is the best thing about the place, as it's right in the middle of Lagos so close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The host is very friendly as well. Room is clean but VERY basic, one small pillow each, bed sheet rather than a blanket, no tv, no toiletries. This is fine if what you're looking for is just a place in the middle of Lagos to sleep and you'll be spending most of your time outside of the room.. Negative: Loud streets below at night, can't really leave window open..

That‘s why it can get (a little bit) loud at night. But this didn’t bother us. We‘d choose it again every time. Bathroom great! A kitchen is available..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Perfect Location for the beach or restaurants. We really liked the stay and will recommend.. Negative: Was a bit noisy at night with the window open but I think most rooms would have faced a quieter street. We had no issues and once the window was closed it was quiet..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is perfect. It is located in city center and very close to the most beautiful beaches in the city. A small clean room with very small bathroom. The owner is very kind and helpful.. Negative: The bathroom is very small. We were there in the time of corona and the owner closed the access to the kitchen. It means that one does not have any boiled water or kitchen equipment but a small refrigerator in the room. One needs to keep the windows open. The air in the floor and the room is heavy otherwise..

However the twin room with balcony is right next to clubs and is not worth the price as there is loud music until late in the night (after 3 in the morning, the windows were still shaking from the noise despite being closed). The owner seemed surprised when told about it but he was aware of the situation, as he mentioned the clubs himself and did not warn be about it when booking, nor made a reduced priced after I complained about this, which is a pity.
Not worth the price. If you book, ask for a quieter room (the others seem quieter) or half price as you won't be able to sleep for half of the night, even with earplugs.
