Le seul souci est l'isolation. Les fenêtres ferment mal et sont anciennes donc on entend tous les bruits extérieurs. Et l'isolation avec l'étagère superieur nest pas top car on entend les bruits des pas, des roulettes des valises !
Nice apartment well located.
The only concern is the insulation. The windows do not close properly and are old so you can hear all the outside noise. And the insulation with the upper shelf is not great because you can hear the sound of footsteps and suitcase wheels!
