★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was so good the first time I came here that I just had to make reservation for the following day too. And the second time I went, I made a reservation for the third time for my last dinner in Portugal. The place has really good vibes, and the staff was always friendly to us. There aren't too many tables, but it's always packed, and I love it. I loved the octopus with the sweet potato, it was out of this world. I also liked the squids and the tuna in particular, but honestly everything was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place, atmosphere, staff, wine and most importantly food. Don’t make the same mistake as me and order the piccata (breaded chicken). It was very plain and unremarkable, I could have selected something more impressive from the extensive menu. But the starters (pimentos padrão and goats cheese gratin) and dessert (pavlova) were delicious.
I did find it strange that I chose the wine (and was the one drinking it, my friend was having a half glass which he mentioned in front of the waitress), but my male companion was the one who was asked to taste and approve it, as if my opinion didn’t count! Very outdated idea that only the man tastes and approves the wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best food we’ve had in Portugal! Absolutely superb. Special dishes with unique flavors and really fantastic service. Would come back in a heartbeat. We especially loved the cod carpaccio, cod fritters, octopus and black pig. Their wine selection is also wonderful. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic restaurant in Portimao. We ate there twice during our vacation and it was one of the better restaurants we visited. Good portion size, great quality of food and very professional and friendly staff working there both evenings. Price is slightly higher than other places but it is worth the quality of food which you receive. Would definetly recommend to visit this place when in the area!
