★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem tem um mínimo de sensibilidade artística e arquitectónica percebe logo ao entrar na Casa das Quintas que está perante um Ex-Libris de bom gosto.
Da disposição espacial das casas, ao enquadramento da piscina, o alpendre de acesso à sala de refeições, o pequeno telheiro que abriga o forno, as obras de arte "Barroquinas" espalhadas, a qualidade dos materiais utilizados a simpatia da Ana, a empatia do Manuel, todos eles são elementos de uma orquestra afinada e experiente, capaz de tocar uma sinfonia inteira sem nunca desafinar.
Se há casas com alma, esta é uma delas.
Trás os montes precisa tanto de pessoas com este nivel e capacidade, mas tanto.. como de pão para a boca.
Há centenas, de "Turismos Rurais" mas no segmento da Casa das Quintas, são poucos, muito poucos mesmo.
Um único ponto precisa ser melhorado; o sinal dad redes móveis, mas temo que não dependa apenas da vontade dos proprietários.

From the spatial layout of the houses, to the framing of the pool, the porch leading to the dining room, the small shed that houses the oven, the "Barroquinas" works of art scattered, the quality of the materials used, Ana's sympathy, the empathy of Manuel, they are all elements of a tuned and experienced orchestra, capable of playing an entire symphony without ever out of tune.

Behind the mountains you need people with this level and capacity, but both ... and bread for your mouth.
There are hundreds, of "Rural Tourism" but in the Casa das Quintas segment, there are few, very few indeed.
A single point needs to be improved; the signal from mobile networks, but I fear that it does not depend only on the will of the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El primer párrafo de la guía que nos entregaron al llegar dice "no se puede conocer una tierra sin haberla visitado (...)sólo la convivencia nos desvela el alma de un pueblo".
Solamente el cariño y esmero con el que nos prepararon los desayunos invita a conocer a sus gentes, la sonrisa diaria del personal de limpieza consiguió que nos sintiesemos como en casa. En cada esquina descubres una escultura, cuyo autor ofrece reiteradamente su ayuda para facilitar la estancia. En definitiva un remanso de tranquilidad, paz y armonía. Por tanto admirable el alma de todos ellos. De forma prosaica limpieza 10, servicio 10, comodidad 10, ubicación 10....
