★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitio bastante limpio (todo lo estaba menos el ventilador), nuevo, con un concepto muy a tener en cuenta y que he visto en otras partes del mundo pero que debería, a mi modo de entender, ser más recurrente.
Algo caluroso a pesar de la pintura blanca exterior y con unas zonas comunes muy cuidadas.
Fairly clean site (everything was except the fan), new, with a concept that must be taken into account and that I have seen in other parts of the world but which should, in my opinion, be more recurrent.
Somewhat warm despite the white exterior paint and well-kept common areas.

Great place to rest near the airport and the park of nations. Well-equipped kitchen, friendly staff, room with various hygiene products! Very cheap affordable price. I will definitely come back more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros. Remote check in. Friendly staff. Near bus stop to the city centre / Central bus station. Clean in general. Hot water. For one night stay between buses /trains its a good place. But not to stay in case of exploring the city.
Cons.· Doesn't look like on the photos. Unfortunately not OK bathroom with a wood plank as a shower tray. No heater in the room and in October it's already not comfortable without one at night. There was a blow from the door. Condensation accumulated in the room after shower and did not dry out in a day. Cause the bathroom and the room has a gap between in the door. No window in the room, only one in the door. Mosquitos (but it was a antimosq liquid in the room). I'm not sure about linen, cause it seems cleaned and not cleaned at the same time (not ironing and had little dirty spots)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get a private space with private bathroom. Everything was clean. They provided towels, water bottles, shower gel, shampoo and tissues in the room and a separate kitchen with all the kitchen appliances available to cook and basic things to eat.
The only and biggest problem I faced was: there were mosquitoes in the room and didn't let me sleep all night long. And in the morning I was woken up by the sounds of constructions happening next to the property. I hope these things will improve with time.
