★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great " must be seen" place! Easy to get in from the main street. The castle creates an atmosphere that transports you in different places and time.
Fantastic!
Beside this is a cafe-restaurant place inside and is....OMG, fantastic!
We had the dinner and was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. The castle has a lot of reading material at the floor level and a nice view up top. You can explore the walls both on top and inside. It's a very calm and peaceful place although very windy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, calm, quiet, peaceful, one great example of how great Alentejo is. Recomend going there and camping in a near by camp place, is cheap and worth it, the is sky in the night is nothing I ever saw before.
