★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quê fazer testes covid estilo drive-in se depois os clientes tem que entrar na clínica por 2 vezes para assinar um regulamento e levantar os resultados?
Outro pormenor, em pleno sec. 21 o resultado em papel demora menos a ser entregue do que em suporte digital? Já excluindo a parte que o papel dá sempre mais asas a existir qualquer tipo de transmissão.
Outra crítica ao atendimento é a diferenciação dos clientes. Eu tive que esperar na fila para assinar o regulamento e levantar os resultados, mas existiu um outro cliente que entrou pela porta que supostamente só serve para sair, e interrompeu o atendimento que me estava a ser prestado, basicamente pararam de me atender para atender uma pessoa que desrespeitou toda a fila de espera, será que existe “camarote vip”? Muito desapontado, não penso voltar.

Another detail, in the middle of sec. 21 Does the paper result take less time to be delivered than digitally? Excluding the part that the paper always gives more wings to exist any type of transmission.
Another criticism of customer service is customer differentiation. I had to wait in line to sign the regulation and get the results, but there was another customer who came through the door that is supposed to be just out, and interrupted the service I was being given, they basically stopped attending to a person who disrespected the entire waiting list, is there a “vip box”? Very disappointed, don't plan on going back.
