★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never answer to the phone or even the door bell, you could die and it's the same. How are we supposed to reach you?? After trying to call for 3 days I finally had someone on the phone who clearly refused to understand that I don't speak Portuguese. I had to use google translate to explain my sad problem in Portuguese to a guy without any compassion or understanding. At some point it became impossible to communicate, and he didn't seem to find this disturbing - maybe he could have just told me to call back, to be able to speak with an English speaker - but he just kept speaking in Portuguese while I was almost crying on the phone. what a sadistic, embittered and apathetic behavior.
