★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque total de soin regulier envers leurs residents. Depose leurs résidents à l’hôpital sans aucune personne pour les accompagner et le ramener du dit hôpital. Abandonner au urgence ma grand mère il a fallut un appel téléphonique de l’hôpital de coimbra vers paris pour demander où ramener ma grand-mère. A lheure du déjeuner dîner le personnel n’aide pas leurs residents a ce nourrir. Meme mon chien est mieux traité. Pour une résidence privé et facturée en conséquences je tourve cela inadmissible. Je pense que le personnel de cette résidence devrait suivre pluiseur formation pour savoir s’occuper decleurs residents. Pour moi je ne recommande pas cette établissement.

 Total lack of regular care towards their residents. Drops their residents at the hospital with no one to accompany them and bring him back from said hospital. Leaving my grandmother in the emergency room it took a phone call from the Coimbra hospital to Paris to ask where to bring my grandmother back. At lunch and dinner time the staff do not help their residents with this feed. Even my dog is treated better. For a private residence and invoiced accordingly, I turn this inadmissible. I think that the staff at this residence should take a lot of training to know how to take care of their residents. For me I do not recommend this establishment.
