★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, porque a Dra. tinha uma postura de quem não tinha interesse em atender-me. Não acredito que fosse a mim especificamente, mas pareceu-me que não se importava se tinha ou não clientes. Além disso, não me pareceu ser conhecedora sobre a raça do meu cão, o que para mim não teria problema (não creio que seja justo esperar que todos os médicos saibam tudo sobre todas as raças) se não o tivesse demonstrado através de várias observações erradas. Contudo, no final, o meu cão ficou bem - da diarreia - o que é o mais importante.
I didn't like the service, because the Dra. Had a posture of someone who had no interest in attending me. I don't think it was me specifically, but it seemed to me that he didn't care if he had customers or not. Also, I didn't seem to be knowledgeable about my dog's breed, which would be fine for me (I don't think it's fair to expect all doctors to know everything about all breeds) if I hadn't demonstrated it through a lot of wrong observations . However, in the end, my dog was fine - from diarrhea - which is the most important thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos temos um dia mau, mas se somos clientes esperamos no minimo um atendimento decente. Contudo, a veterinária que estava ao serviço foi péssima em comunicar. Esteve a consulta toda a criticar sobre tudo, nunca dando sugestões. Tempo de espera bastante elevado, não se preocupando nem com o animal nem com donos que já estavam a espera mais de 30 minutos. Convém ser menos rude e mais profissinal.
We all have a bad day, but if we are customers we expect at least decent service. However, the veterinarian who was on duty was terrible at communicating. The whole consultation was critical of everything, never giving suggestions. Very long waiting time, not worrying about the animal or the owners who were already waiting more than 30 minutes. It is better to be less rude and more professional.
