Good brewery with a quite large selection of beers on tap: own, local and international. Their beers are rotating, and they have around 12 Canil beers, and 20 other craft beers. Also there are three fridges with a plethora of craft beers from all parts of Europe. A sour with vanilla and pastry taste? Mind-blowing. As for Canil’s beers, you should really try them to find what you like. European IPAs are a bit different from American ones, so sometimes American IPA means West Coast IPA, sometimes it is East Coast IPAs. The European beers definitely are more predictable - you get what you ask for. I could recommend their Session IPA, crispy and hoppy. It’s very convenient that beers come in 20cl options, so you can try a lot before committing to your favourite ones. There’s also 15 euro flight for 6 Canil beers, but if you are there during the happy hour, it might be more convenient to order beers separately instead as some of them cost only 1 euro. Service depends on a waiter, but usually is friendly. At some point I just accepted the Portuguese style is a bit different to the US/Canada in terms of service. Highly recommend their happy hour (5-7pm) with some of the Canil’s small 20cl craft beers (Kolsch, Weiss, Blond Ale, Red Ale, Dry Stout) for 1 euro. Also there is 1 euro food bites during happy hour: cod croquettes with quail egg (croquetes de bacalhau) and sausage croquettes (pepitas de alheira). Loved the cod croquettes. In the menu there’s also pasteis de nata, but savoury ones, with cod. The burger was juicy and meaty. Potatoes could be more crispy, pretty soft - more like a very lightly fried baked potato. North American music and vibes, playing mostly rock music from 60s to 90s: Janis Joplin, Rage Against the Machines, RHCP. As a Canadian I felt here as in a safe harbour, visited when I wanted to feel a bit like at home.

Many interesting craft beers on tap, some house brewed and others from breweries elsewhere in Portugal. We liked all of the ones we tried! We also had some food, which was served freshly cooked and hot Nice service and good prices

If you're looking for an authentic brewery to spend your evening (or afternoon why not?) this is the right spot for you. Good quality and service, the Staff is very kind and knows about beer. The beers made for them are very tasty and easy to drink. Food also is good! Perfect spot for beer lovers. I will go back for sure ( I HOP)

Nice place to try some different kinds of beers. The prices start from 3.5 euros up for 0.5l . You can wait for the happy hour from 17h to 19h then you can try their most common beers for 1 euro for 20cl, so its about 3 euros a pint. You can also try a sausage or a cod fish snack for 1 euro at happy hour. Friendly staff, rock music and 32 different beers on tap. Anoter wide selection of botttled beers but they come at higher prices.

Great spot for draft beer lovers ?… Burgers were delicious and happy hour deal perfect for trying different well made beers ?… We loved the vibe and music ?

Cool little craft beer bar. They have a list of their own beers plus Portuguese and European beers on tap. Staff are helpful and attentive

Not only there are 32 beers on tap, 150 (I think) bottles and lovely interior, but the girls behind the bar knew their beer, were swift and great with the service. Loved the rock music backdrop and when the bar went empty besides our party, we could even request songs. Amazing and memorable night <3 highly recommended! Ps: you gotta try My Balls from the menu!
