 The Chapel of Nosso Senhor Jesus dos Aflitos is located in Quinta do Saldanha, formerly owned by Morgado Luís Saldanha da Gama, and was built in the 18th century. Of note is the image of the Lord of the Afflicted, on the high altar, a Christ in ivory from Indo-Portuguese art, from the 17th or 18th century.
