I went to the place more than once to make a key and they charged me for the money and the keys don't work, it doesn't come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first reviewed this place, I was annoyed because no-one was there, but I got a reply from Chaves Carvalhosa saying they apologise but they had an emergency to fix and they had to leave the store. That means a lot to me, since some people get very angry and tell the reviewer to get stuffed, so I really appreciate this feedback. And I hope the emergency was properly fixed.
