Por outro lado tem um bom serviço de atendimento The store closes at 7 pm and not at 7:30 pm as the company says here. I'll never understand the line: “it's until 7:30 pm, but we close at 7:00 pm”. On the other hand, it has a good customer service

Loja grande com imenso número de marcas de óculos, dos mais acessíveis até os mais caros... Atendimento bom e com vendedores qualificados✨ Fui atendido pela Rute e ela foi muito simpática com bom humor e disposta a ajudar. Pedi desconto e ela foi super solicita a me dar, entretanto a gerente dela foi bruta, mau humorada e negou os 5% de desconto que eu estava barganhando. Só não disse que não levaria mais os oculos em consideração a Rute e ao Sr. Diogo (proprietário da loja) que apareceu de repente e me ofereceu 25% de desconto, ou seja fiquei imensamente feliz. O Sr. Diogo foi peça principal de eu me tornar cliente da loja, ele superou as minhas expectativas e fez o meu dia muito melhor. Agora com óculos de sol de verdade ?✌️ Shop located in downtown Lisbon with excellent visual merchandising in the storefront. Large store with huge number of eyewear brands, from the most affordable to the most expensive ... Good service and qualified sellers✨ I was met by Ruth and she was very friendly with good humor and willing to help. I asked for a discount and she was super solicitous to give me, however her manager was brute, grumpy and denied the 5% discount I was bargaining for. I just did not say that I would no longer take the glasses into consideration for Ruth and Mr. Diogo (owner of the store) who suddenly appeared and offered me 25% off, so I was immensely happy. Mr. Diogo was the main part of me becoming a shop customer, he exceeded my expectations and made my day so much better. Now with real sunglasses ?✌️

Uns óculos novos foram-me entregues largos e tortos. Voltei à loja e fui atendida por outra pessoa. Disse que o modelo era assim mesmo com as astes ridiculamente largas. Endireitaram um pouco os óculos mas continuaram largos e a magoar. Decidi ir a outra óptica e tiveram de retirar as lentes para apertar e endireitar a armação e finalmente ter uns óculos novos e “normais”. Às vezes a pressa é tanta que não se preocupam com a qualidade do serviço. The service is great and attentive (by Cristiana) but I can say that with technical assistance, friendliness is not enough. New glasses were given to me wide and crooked. I went back to the store and was answered by someone else. He said the model was just like that with ridiculously wide faces. They straightened their glasses a little but remained wide and hurt. I decided to go to another optician and they had to remove the lenses to tighten and straighten the frame and finally have some new and “normal” glasses. Sometimes the rush is so great that they don't care about the quality of the service.

The person who helped me was brilliant even if I ended up not finalizing the purchase. few days later I came back and she offered to help me again even if her shift was ending, and she gave me all sort of attention. This was simply a 5 star experience !
