Au lieu 190euros90euros...je comprends pas ce manque de professionnalisme.. Voilà à 2mil kilomètres de distance difficile de règler le problème.. I unfortunately bought a pair of trainers ... Uma sapataria que temos que pensar bem antes de gastarmos lá o nosso dinheiro. Se os produtos têm algum problema no espaço de 6dias vai logo para arranjar, e isso não é certo pois não estamos a comprar na feira. Very bad service poor quality products. And the response they give customers to solve the negative problem. A shoe store that we have to think about before we spend our money there. If the products have a problem within the space of 6 days, they will soon find it, and this is not right because we are not buying at the fair.
F	Francisca Videira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade péssima. Botas descoladas ao fim de 15 dias. Trocadas por outras novamente descoladas ao fim de 15 dias. Reclamação muito mal gerida. Recusaram devolver o dinheiro e disseram que tinham que enviar as botas para o departamento de qualidade. Que dariam resposta na semana seguinte. Na semana seguinte informaram que só no final dessa semana as botas iriam para o departamento de qualidade. Total falta de respeito e de seriedade. E principalmente péssima qualidade de produtos e de atendimento. Terrible quality. Boots taken off after 15 days. Exchanged for other new ones after 15 days. Very poorly managed complaint. They refused to return the money and said they had to send the boots to the quality department. That they would respond in the following week. The following week they reported that only at the end of that week would the boots go to the quality department. Total lack of respect and seriousness. And especially the poor quality of products and service.
