SCAMS STORE
Very Bad management, I bought a Nike 2022 for €159.99 and in the first week I noticed that the right shoe was a little smaller compared to the left shoe. I went to the store today to resolve the situation and exchange for another model. And I received a news that I can not change because I have completed a month of purchase. And they don't exchange and they don't even give me my money back. In a country where the salary is adjusted for € 650 I paid € 159.99 for a Nike 2022 that I will not be able to USE, on the Nike.com website it has a 01 Year warranty and this store is NOT. UNFAIR, customer deceiver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a very famous busy shopping street in Lisbon. Beware of pickpockets in this area. Store contained a good number of shoe choices. Level of service was poor in terms of handling and communication with customers. The speed level was satisfactory but how the employees communicated as we made the transaction was disappointing.
